Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates:
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Shipping Methods:
Currently, we ship to locations within the United States. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are working on expanding our international shipping options. In the meantime, international customers can explore our products on our Etsy page.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your NALADAK Candles purchase, we are here to assist you with returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the shipping label. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@naladak.com.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly arrange for an exchange or refund.

Non-returnable Items:
Sale items, used candles, or candles that have been damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@naladak.com to request return or exchange authorization.

  2. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the shipping label.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and return it to us. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
